| Mountain Zvir is located 4 km away from the Litmanová village. In the north and east borders with Poland. The original name was Zvor, which symbolize joining the hillside. Today this ancient symbolism can be used for spiritual bonding of people, who comes here on pilgrimages, to the Mother of God. Every year Montain Zvir is visited by more and more believers. Less than 100 meters from the chapel is a source of drinking water, which itself supposedly blessed Virgin Mary. Believers can drink water from spring. They acclaim some medical effects. |

| Provided that there will be fulfilled proper liturgy requirements I am giving the permission to celebrate divine liturgy and all other liturgy prayers in Litmanova on the mountain Zvir and with this decree I am instituting this hill as Place of prayer and I am consecrating the chapel as Shrine of immaculate conception. |
